Team Feature Form

Do your talents make you stand out?
We are looking for outstanding Cheer Leaders to be featured in each of our issues. We will feature the following each issue:

• 5 College Cheer Leaders
• 5 High School Cheer Leaders
• 5 K-8 Cheer Leaders

We will also list each of the featured Cheer Leaders on the website 45 days prior to each issue. You will be able to VOTE! on the VOTE! icon on the website for a fan favorite. Voting will only last 10 days and a fan favorite will be selected for each issue for College, High School, and K-8. All you need to do its fill out an online application which includes the ability to upload 1 head shot and 1 action shot. You only need to send in one application per age group.
